Rocío Bolaños is a Salvadoran-born poet, translator, and teacher of English and Spanish, based in Italy since 2009. She has worked with Laboratori Poesia, where she curated the translation section L’Arte del Quasi, and currently is editor-in-chief of the column Evohé for L’Indiependente, while contributing to other online literary publications. She is the founder of FormArti, a cultural nonprofit organization and independent publishing house dedicated to promoting Spanish- and English-language poetry in Italy and Italian poetry abroad. She organizes poetry festivals, literary events, and multilingual reading groups. She is the author of La vida incierta / Vita incerta (2022, 2024) and Oltre al colle (2025).
